Montana Landscape I-94 2

This is one of many landscape shots of Montana from I-94. These were taken recently as you can tell by looking at the photo info below. This state is gorgeous, but I really don’t like driving here. The first time Lisa and I rolled though here was in June a few years ago. I was snowing… in JUNE!! How wrong is that?! This last time, as we were getting closer to the ND border the condition escalated into a full white-out. I found a place to stop near an entrance ramp where a few trucks also decided to pull over. When the snow and wind finally stopped, we could see calamity just down the road. A few trucks were stuck in the median as were a few pick-up trucks. We were stuck in the snow for almost 45 minutes before finally getting enough traction and rocking momentum to get rolling again. Then as we closed in on the ND border, we found I-94, closed. We spent the night on the exit ramp and walked to the truck stop for food. MT and ND are two other states which I have no desire to visit again… EVER!
